Default Sway bar part failure on SGT

So this is what I got after leaving my car at the dealer for 6 days to have a creaking sound fixed:

It is supposed to look like this:
(from the left side)

The good news is that now they HAVE to replace the part. The bad news is that they broke it! They were first claiming that the noise was "normal" and not covered by the warranty! Then they said the allen heads were stripped. But when I went to pick up the Shelby I saw this!

What's the part name for this broken piece? Does anyone know if Ford Racing uses their own parts or would this be made by an outside supplier? Has anyone experienced this kind of failure on a FRRP part?

I would call this a sway bar bracket...

How the hell they broke that?!?!
By sitting on their lot?
Sure it wasn't busted up before?

Anyway, this is a typical case of bling instead of efficiency...
That part should not be made out of aluminum!
Not to mention that a sway bar on a solid axle is pretty much useless

I wonder if it broke when they took the car off the lift that it was on when they were trying to figure how to get it off with stripped screws.

Well, if they broke it, they'll have to pay for it.

...and I just crawled under the car to check the other bracket and guess what?

One of the allen head bolts has the head sheared off!

And I had a message on my machine today from my salesman asking my how my car is! LOL!

I know I should have left it at the dealership, but it is hell not knowing when the car is going to be finished. I'd rather have it home under cover until they have the correct parts.

Which I will have to inspect BEFORE they touch my car! I will also need to check the front brackets too.

Hopefully it will be fixed and end up looking like this (minus the nice blue mufflers(SGT ones are not painted) and with black shocks instead of blue ones(blue shocks not found on the verts))-

Where did you get this idea? A sway bar controls body roll and is just as important on a solid axle as any other suspension type (maybe even more so)
