Default SVT Package Wheels

Hey, guys.

Where can I find 4 of the 19" SVT Package wheels? I don't want the 20"s, just 19"s all around.

Yep. Just checked, too. They want $500 each for those sumbishes!! For that price, I might as well start looking at BBS wheels.

I was at the stealership a few weeks ago getting the stang inspected and they had a 2011 GT500 in the showroom with the SVT package. Those wheels are HOT! I would love a set and have been looking around for some. Unfortunately the only place I've found them so far is the FRPP website...$500 a piece is crazy!

Agreed. That price is steep. Unfortunately, that's the "price" you pay for lightweight wheels. I read a some articles that say those badboys are 7 pounds lighter than the standard GT500 wheel for 2011. The front ones, that is. That's 28 pounds of unsprung rotational mass gone. So do I want to spend two grand to drop 28 pounds? Nope. Will I? Maybe. But at that price, they're going on the back burner until I get my upgraded supercharger kit installed (already ordered it), get some springs, and shore up the chassis. The great thing about the ones available from FRPP is that the rears are 19x10 and not that ridiculous 20" wheel.

<correction>
The front wheels are 4.7 pounds lighter than the regular ones for a total of 18.8 pounds all around. I could drop more weight than that just from a significantly less expensive driveshaft replacement. Throw in a tubular K-member and it's even more weight shaved, and I 'd still be way under the cost of just these wheels. So for $2K, those wheels are definitely off the list for now.

"Good" find. But like you said, still pricey. Wonder who the actual manufacturer is?
