I heard that the ZL1 is going to be available with automatic transmission. When will the gt500 have it as an option too? The reason for this is that i'm from ny and there're always traffic plus the wife doesn't drive stick..

 

I'm not sure that will happen regardless of what they do with the ZL1.

 

GT500 are never automatics could get a GT350 with automatic, or purchase a Shelby GT automatic and add perfomance parts to the car

 

Yeah Ford has Chevy by the ***** right now so I doubt they would even consider Auto just to compete further. I don't even think Ford ever had plans for auto in GT500 that's just not that car's nature.
