I pm'ed ya back.. Personally without driving your car I would advise to just keep an eye on it.. If it is a clutch issue.. You should see other times of slippage.. (as I described in the pm)
Don't fret yet... Just watch next few days.. You are still breaking clutch in so you should not be acceling too hard or downshifting for 500 or so miles.. But keep an eye on it and if it returns of seems more consistent throughout the power band then go see your dealer ASAP

k Thanks for the info.
It would get worse though if it was happening.

How long does it take as far as turning from something hardly noticeable to something I would notice for sure? Or I guess how long till a change in the symptoms?
It might be hard for me to get the tech I know to be able to get it to do this is why I ask.

Oh yeah... and would I for sure see the RPMs go up a good noticeable amount if it was clutch slippage?

With a clutch
Driving habits will dictate how long until it gets worse unless its an improper install or defective part..
Overall just pay attention to it.. If/when it happens again.. How long u r driving for.. Driving habits at the time (spirited; stop and go; temp outside etc)
I'm betting it's probably just an engine hiccup ..
Not nothing to worry about .. But keep an eye on it.. Good luck

Blacksmoke, how did you convince the dealer to install the TSB when you had no symptoms with the original setup?

I didn't have them for a long time but I had them when I brought it in. I especially had the car itching forward as in the TSB and the clutch was slipping at high RPM. I didn't know but I also had the hiss when I was not supposed to...after clutch movement. I had been keeping a close eye on it and concerned and one day they just showed up.

Luckily they noticed them when I took it in too. Would have sucked if they went until I had syncro damage. Thank goodness I didn't
