On the the 05-09's I always recommend the Eibach Pro-Kit, but on the 11-13's I'd have to say the Sportlines. Compared to the Pro-Kit, they offer around 1/2" more drop in the front and the same in the rear.

I've had both on the 05-09's and the sportlines look nice, but the Pro-Kit rides much better. The more you drop it the more compacted the shocks are going to be and the ride will get more rough and you'll bottom out more frequently. I'd stick with the Pro-Kit.

Neither.. in my opinion you have a nice car so go for some better suspension components.

Lol, is that sarcasm or would you really like to hear it? Ask any suspension person or any other person that actually road tracks their car.

Eibach is just a name, they used to be decent at one point but that's about it. Sure if you want a lower ride and appearance to be nice then go for it, but if you'd like to keep or improve handling they are not the way to go. Go to any road course with eibach springs, or better yet their strut and spring combo and you'll notice how unconfident they are in turns. The materials used are of ok quality, but nothing that's put into there product is worth the price they are usually sold for.

One, doing lowering springs by itself is seldom a good idea unless you're on a tight budget. Which in that case you should just wait anyway to do it right. Doing a properly MATCHED strut and spring combo is better.. But I would still recommend doing a coilover suspension over anything else. That's what you should be saving your money for.

Thanks for the advice. I ordered the Pro-Kit & got it for 225.00 so if it doesnt work out its no biggie. I hsd Eibachs on my last Mustang & had no problems so not understanding why people are saying they are no good? Shoulc be

no real explanation or factual information to back your claim. simply stating 'Ask any suspension person or any other person that actually road tracks their car' doesn't prove anything, it's a scape goat to not having the actual information to back up your claim. you seem to be pretending to be an expert just because you have a harsh negative opinion of the brand (for the record, I'm no expert, either.)

I'm on eibach sportlines with their struts and shocks as well, amongst other suspension mods, and I'm thoroughly impressed with my setup and I have full confidence in my car in hard corners. they are one of the few suspension mfg's that actually show hard data on video as to what their suspension setups are capable of, too. they are a big name in suspension, and not just a name of the past, they are doing exceptionally well in present day.

It is just my opinion but I've had an Eibach suspension at one time on the 2010 and used it on several occasions at Road Atlanta, was not impressed, it was slightly better than stock. The dampening wasn't that great to me and was really sketchy during bumpy turns. I would recommend BMR over them if keeping a strut type suspension.. And as for coilovers being better, well that's a common fact. I shouldn't have to explain that. Like I said though, if the goal is just appearance then Eibach is ok, but if you're going to be serious about tracking the car or want a really serious improvement, there's plenty better. And really, just doing springs is probably going to make the handling worse than stock as the rates from spring to strut are going to be off.. It's highly recommended to do both if you want to improve handling.

Very true.....but I've noticed that the Sportlines offer the same amount of drop on the newer Mustangs as the Pro-Kit did on the 05-09's....which is why I brought it up. The Pro-kit's drop is now less up front, while maintaining the same 1.5" drop out back.

Either way, good luck!
