Default Special Order Tracking

I am unable to access Ford's Custom Order Tracking (COTUS) website to track my Mustang's progress thru the production/delivery cycle. I have tried on both a MAC and Windows PC but without success for the past month. When I key in my Mustang's VIN, I receive the following - A MATCHING VEHICLE COULD NOT BE DETERMINED. Has anyone accessed this website to track their vehicle or are others having issues tracking their vehicle?

I have viewed/printed my window sticker (via Research Maniacs). The window sticker indicates a blend/build date of 9/28/2015. On Ford's European website (Ford ETIS), the build date is a day later 9/29/2015. The one day later might be the difference between EDT and GMT. At this time, I am unsure if my Mustang is AWAITING SHIPMENT at Flat Rock or is IN TRANSIT.

I couldn't view mine either, ordered on 9/9/15. Took delivery 11/13. As 99GTvert said, hopefully you took delivery.

Ask Deysha, the Ford customer service rep on the Mustang forums, she will help you out!

Also, and I could be wrong, but I believe she or someone else said COTUS doesn't work with 2016's at all.

Thanks for the mention, daltron! Also, you’re correct. COTUS is a tracking site that is still in a pilot phase and has not been rolled out for all regions or vehicle nameplates. It hasn’t worked for any 2016s.

Would a dealership be able to assist?
