Alright thanks, and what do you think of BBK pipes?

 

I don't particularly like them. For long tubes the best 2 on the market I would stand behind are ARH and Kooks, although I don't like the cats on kooks because they are cheap with no precious metals and come from China. If someone is looking for Shorties than I recommend Ford Racing or JBA.

Best thing to think about when buying headers is what you are shooting for with your car, and what your looking to accomplish by adding headers. Are you looking for power and better flow, or just looking for sound? Are you looking for ease of install and best fitment? A lot of headers have notorious fitment issues, and issues with leaks on the flanges are common if not installed right.

On a side note; whatever you do, make sure to get a fresh set of Ford metal header gaskets and use Stage 8 locking header bolts; otherwise you will end up having to pull them off and reinstall them because you will probably end up with an exhaust leak.

 

i'm mostly just looking for a better sound, not so much power increase i think being 16 years old 465 is enough for now :P If at all possible is there a way for you to link exactly what i should get put on? i'm just scared ill get the wrong thing if its not too much trouble that would be great.
