Ups land they should be able to quote you shipped to the address below, just ask then to quote you with dutie and all fee's , tell them it's a used car part, and they are a gift.

450 to ship all four. i think this will go up a little bit due to the weight, and that's with the packages insured. international shipping is not cheap! : )
