The two small ports, shown in your first picture,go to the fuel pressure regulator and the evr (egr vacuum regulator) solenoid. The solenoid is located inside the passenger fenderwell,so you can't even see it.Look for a vacuum block behind the passenger strut tower with different colored hoses connected to it & make sure the red vacuum hose leading from it goes to one of the two ports in your first picture. If the block is no longer present, just follow the red vacuum hose that's coming out of the passenger fenderwell and verify whichever hose is inline with it runs to one of the small ports in your first picture. You can see what I mean by vacuum block and red hose in the picture at the bottom.
The large vacuum hose, shown in your second picture, goes to the plastic vacuum tree on the driver fender apron. It should be connected to the vacuum tree port labeled with the letter "S".This hose is responsible for supplying source (intake) vacuum to the brake booster, cruise control servo & the ac system vacuum motors inside the dash that open/close the doors that direct heat/ac airflow to the various outlets (defrost,vents,floor......

The one pointing to the camera goes to the EGR solenoid, I think. The other one goes to the fuel pressure regulator, but it looks like you already have that getting vacuum from somewhere else.
