Yep. I don't know what to say.... I'm just gonna come right out and say it. There was a black plastic plug cap in the top radiator hose . LOl. I have to laugh about it, or I'll cry. LOl. I could not tell you enough times that I have never done this before. Ever... I swear to you I checked everything before install. And my neighbor was a second pair of hands and eyes. I couldn't tell you if it was on the radiator from shipping ? I'm saying yes to, or was just in the hose , which is a super long shot ? It was the top connection of course . I prepped everything on the ground. I really, really have no ideal how I missed this ? Anyway. That's my story.... Can't do anything about the past. Just move forward I guess ? Live and learn! Just like when you remove that spring inside the upper or lower radiator hose only to end up with overheating issues because the hose then collapses!
