Default 2010 Mustang GT rear noise issue

Hello,
My 2010 Mustang GT with 30,000 miles has been giving me a sound in the rear of the car when I turning, parking or maneuvering. It doesn't sound like it bumping or grinding just a pulsating sound that's not moving the car in any way. My mechanic said they couldn't make it happen so they have no idea. Anyone have any idea what this might be? I'm going to record it here soon see if that helps anyone.
Much appreciated.

Corrections. When I'm turning. And my mechanic couldn't make it happen when they had it inside the shop not driving it. They did hear the noise when we took it for a drive.

If it only makes the sound when turning it seems to me that it has to be something in the ring and pinion or differential, but I'm not a mechanic and didn't stay at a Holiday Inn last night. Have they opened the rear end to inspect the gears? They can't reproduce the sound when it is in the shop sitting static, not turning, so that suggests to me it is the differential.

Hey! Too funny! The holiday inn!
In my searche on response was, usually with that low mileage it's almost the rear end oil is probably not doin it's job causing the noise.
Gonna have the shop change that. Either way I'm sure it's not a bad idea after all those years. While they're in there they can inspect it as well I'm sure.
Preciate.
