Ethics has nothing to do with it, I surf the forums to verify the internet is working. When I can't surf, then our internet is down and I have to take care of it.

IT work practically demands the use of the internet. Why would forum surfing during slight downtime be unethical?

and I use http://ipv6.tunnelbroker.net/to test the ipv6 internet hehe
