do you make it out to friday night drags? i am out there every week...dont know of any shops right off hand but i will keep an eye out for you

 

I have been to the Friday Night Drags, but not to drag my car. I have entered it in the Show & Shine. I haven't been in a few weeks, though, because at first I was in the stock class - and won first place, then was put in the custom class and won first place. According to their rules, you can only win first place once in your class....so I'm not eligible to win 1st anymore. So.....I really don't feel like paying to enter and not even have the chance to win.

that sucks that you cant win more than once...i have not made it over to the car show part at ams, always too busy with the racing part but i think i remember seeing your car at summit one night

 

Yep, I'm sure you probably saw me at Summit. I don't go there anymore, though, either. You can win once on your "featured night" and once on an "unfeatured night". I won on Firebird/Camaro night and on Mustang night. There is a big Mustang show there (hosted by Tara Mustang Club) on September 23rd - looking forward to that one

 

you are not supposed to win camero night...lol...that had to be cool...i plan on going down there for the big show...too bad my car wont be painted by then
