Ive tried doing a search but i cant get anything so im asking here, whats the emissions laws in NC. Im thinking about O/R pipes. Second is i know there a few tuner shops all around NC but im having no luck locating one in raleigh if it helps im off of capital blvd, any input?

 

I'm a mechanic who is a licensed inspector. You need to have cats on your car or at least like you have them on there. If you have gutted shells welded over your mid pipe, no one would know any better. As long as you get it tuned to turn off the CEL and you appear to have cats, you'll be fine.
