Default Greenway Ford in Orlando

I need to take my car in for the dead battery problem... but before I take it in, I wanted to make sure they have a good rep. Has anyone dealt with them in the past? Are they gonna give my crap because of my mods?

Thanks,
Mike

As long as you don't have UDPs they shouldn't bother you if your having a battery problem.

I bought my car there and I have to say I wasnt real pleased. One of the porter guys who was supposed to wash my car after I bought it did burnouts and drove it with the e-brake on. It was like 10+pm at night but I wouldnt leave until I spoke to a manager. Basicly they wouldnt do anything other than a free oil change. Which I never used, not going to let them touch it again.

The only dealer I was satisfied with the service was Gary Yoeman in Daytona. Any warranty work I need I will take it there.

It's not just a FoMoCo thing, I have never found any car dealer who I was happy with or who I would trust my car to.I do my own service and maintenanceand it would have to be an expensive warranty item before I would everleave my car with one of them.

Most (but I'm sure not all) service techs and porters just don't give a sh*t and that's just the way it is and there's nothing anyone can do about it.

I have horrible stories about that stealership, as far as their body shop.
Also, the whole thing about being escorted to the lot to see the cars is BS.
WTF, like we're gonna vandalise them or camp ou there??
If you make it hard for me to see what you're selling, then it's already too expensive for meto buy here.
Tchao morons...

Oh damn, well too late, because I just dropped my car off there. Hopefully they will just change the battery and be done with it... The man I talked to at the service department seemed nice, but we'll see [&:]

I didn't have much of a choice, my car dies everything I leave it for more than 12 hours. I couldn't even jump it this morning, I actually push started it

For now on I guess I'll be going to Daytona!

I know that I'ma little '****'when it comes to my cars but even with a battery still under warranty I'd just spend the $50.00 and buy a new one instead of driving to a dealer andleaving it for them to screw it up. If I do it myself then I know it's done right. With a dealership there isa goodchancethat some idiotwill take the car out and thrash it and then get a nice door ding in it andget grease on the seat or carpet. I guess you can tell I don't care for dealership service!

If it's only a dead battery, you'll be OK.
The negative experiences I witnessed were 6 years ago... They hopefully improved by now.
Never go to a Stealership for body work. The turn around's too high and the bodymen are fudgepackers that belong to a construction site anyway.

Rare are the ones that keep experienced bodymen.

I was very happy with mullinax ford in New Symrna beach. I bought my car there and they were very easy to deal with, not sure about their service centers though. I'm pretty sure they have one in Orlando.
