Default troy ford racing??

Has anybody ordered from them?? I ordered a set or rousch rear springs on monday and they havent sent me an e-mail sayin it has been processed or shipped. I live in Mississippi and they are in Ohio, so the shipping should only be two days, three max. I am not able to be call them during their operating hours due to school and my job, so i am a little uneasy about my order. They seemed reputable and the springs were only a hundered bucks(cheapest i have found) but now i am begining to wonder if i have picked a bad site to order from. Any input is highly regarded.

Well I hope they were Roush springs and not Rousch springs ...I would step out of class for ten minutes and call them.

Good Luck. I ordered the same thing from them about 6 months ago because they had the best price "Big Mistake". They charged my account right away but didn't have them in stock. They werevery poor at answering emails which at the time was the only way to communicate with them. After much run around that they'll be in tommorrow and never showed like 3 days later I went online found a phone number, spoke to the one who was in charge of the Roush Department and cancelled them. Ordered them for $125 from Atomic Performance and hadthem in 2 days. I would never deal with Troy Ford again. I just went back to their site and saw the dreaded phone number and it jogged my memory whenever I called that number itwas a recording for will get back to you but they didn' t say when. Look on the internet for the dealer and call the main number and ask for the person in charge of the Roush Department he was very good andcredited my account promptly.

I did receive my package today. The shipping took a little longer than expected but the package showed up in great shape. They do have the best prices i have seen on most roush products but i would not recomend buying from them unless you are on a budget and if you do buy from them, call them. Just a little info for anyone that might purchase from them.
