Hello,

I'm about 40 miles south of Jackson, and I have an 08 Grabber Orange GT. I was hoping to find some people around here that wanted to hang out. It's been awhile since I've made a visit to the coast. Actually it was before Katrina but I've been thinking about coming down that way sometime in the near future.

Do you know of many people on this site from Mississippi, or east Louisina?

 

no, im relatively new to the site myself but i have seen many users around eastern louisiana and new orleans areas. i havent seen but me, you and maybe one other from ms. i also want to find some people to hang out with and cruise with, i really want to see what people have done to their cars.

 

Yeah, We both know there are plenty of people around here that drive these cars. Ashame they don't seek out sites like this to learn new things and share what they know about their ride. Well, I'll try to dig up some support if I stumble across anyone else. Please do the same, maybe we can dig up some people to hang out with.

By the way, my car is still pretty new so I haven't done much to it. I did change the exhaust but I'm not happy with what I decided to install. I made a bad mistake and put flowmaster 40's on it and the drone is enough to make my ears bleed. So I plan to change to a different exhaust as soon as I can save some money.

Let me know if you have done any mods on yours yet.

i purchased mine used and the guy before me had flowmaster 50's on them, it sounds great to me. i also put a k&n performance air filter untill i can afford the intake, im going to get the jlt 2 and tuner combo from brenspeed. i just got my bullit rims today, and tomorow i get my window louvers and side scoops. ill put a pic up of what she looks like as of tonite with the new rims.

Very nice. Sounds like you are doing it right. Maybe the flomaster 50's sound different. But everyone has their own sound they want. I'm just not happy with mine. Keep me posted on your progress. Very interested to see what you do to your gt.
