hey tazzy hotrodman here how are you doing ,i know there is a lemon law ,but it will be hard to fight,what seems to be wrong with it ? i see you are a older woman, its alrigth to see a woman like you on here, im 38,my wife is 38 we both have mustangs ,see wreaked her 85 GT,some little old lady hit her on the pass. door .just settled after a little over 2 years,i got her that white 99 conv. V6 35th annv.now she wants me to paint it blue i told her to trade it in on a blue one it would be easier,than a complete color change,but she dont listen very well,hard headed, talk to you later!bye hehehehehee!

Its been in the shop more times then its been on the road for 1 clutch, 2 brakes, 3 both doors atleast 2 times and it only has 4700 miles on it right now this was done beofre it had 1500 miles and i have all receipts. I has been repaired at the same dealership in texas all the times first one was when it had 700 miles on it and it took them 3 visits to figure out my drums were worped and id been having heck stopping it </P>

well that preety unusal from a clucth to go bad in that short of time,also with the brakes,beening warped,thats realy strange, was the clucth slipping .

 

I work at a dealerdhip and I know in kentucky if the vehicle has been in for the same problem 3 or times in a 12 month period. You can call it a lemon and the dealer has to buy it back.</P>

I don't know the specifics of the lemon law in Texas, but I am a lawyer and I cn help you a little bit with the jurisdictional problem. From what I see, it looks like you're stuck with Texas as a forum. If you brought it from a large corporation that does business in GA also, you might have some means of making the forum GA, although it will be a further stretch; especially if the auto were used. That's general info, but some other things could come into play.
