Yay, we have a section now!!!

Well, sorta. Hopefully people we use it....we already know that they don't use "search."

 

Looks like one person can make a difference!! Thank DIMEBAG.. he started the thread to lobby for such a section!!

anyways i should probably make some stickies about the new section. anyone have any good tech stuff they would like to write up about speed density set ups, carb how to's etc etc

 

The #1 thing to write up about carbs is "Stop using such unnecessarily huge carburetors!"

 

the cam lobe seperation and how it is critical to the flawless function of sd , cause you can't just throw any cam in , and good going jasper ! you are a hero to sd and carb guys every where . i tell ya i am really suprised on how much support we had for this , when dimebag and i started talking about it we thought it would never go but here it is and let's hope it will be a useful source for sd and carb guys everywhere

WOOOOHOOOO!!! I just noticed the new section. Thanks to dimebag andthanks for the interestfrom enough folks to make ithappenand thank you jasper for making it happen. We should probably copy and paste some articles from Don Bailey about carbs. He is one of the guru's of carbueration (is that a word?lol). Anyhow now that we lobbied for it, let' use it. It will take a while for me since i never have looked at the ssp section, but it'll grow on me. I'm going to look for some articles about carbs and paste them, maybe some will be good enough for a sticky. I think alot of people just need to know the basics first. I'm no expert by any means, i just have some experience by helping my dad 25 years ago.
