Default carb conversion question

im witching my 88 5.0 to carb, i read up on it quite a bit but i wanna confirm a few things. i believe i can completely remove the computer, my cars 5 speed so no comp input there and all the power windows, mirrors ect will still work because they work off the body control module. and the gauges are all on there own sending units. i wana know this because i can sell my computer and maf harness to someone wanting to convert from speed density since my car was converted. So am i right or have i over looked somthing?

The computer still controls the fuel pump and distributor.

I have a 90 Mustang I converted to Carb. I took the EFI harness out and the computer and sold all that stuff. I sumped my fuel tank and ran 8AN braided line from the sump right to the carb using a Mallory gerotor style fuel pump and regulater. 140GPH and also a fuel canester before the fuel pump and a high flow fuel filter right before the carb. Then I added MSD 6AL Box, Blaster SS coil and MSD Distributor which is all Plug and Play. I also wired the MSD into a toggle switch that fires the box and tucked it out of sight. This way you can turn the car over and it will never start until you activate the hidden switch. Poor man's anti theft I guess.
