is it possible to build a reliable 302 with about 350 horse for about 2500-3000

yes but if you do it (the right way) lol you`ll be buying a 2000$ block as the guys on here jerk-off too i doubt they buy themselves one for there car!!!

But yes the over all quetions answer: sure you can you can spend about 1000 or so on a bottom-end and the rest on power making goodies that is all i`ll say now its the hotshots turn, but you better have more than 3000$ to get started there way!
