ford1970stang

Ok guys heres what i got a 1970 mustang mach 1 BODY and im thinking of droping in a 1993 ford lightning 351w engine with about 240 rwhp.Im lookin to get about 400 hp but im not sure what would be the best approach?I was thinkin twin turbo,on the account of i dont wanna spend alot on gas.but i cant find any kits for this model..so does anyone know of a kit i could purchase or is there somthing else i could do to reach my goal of 400 rwhp?Thanks
