i was just wondering why i have not received this yet the tracking number says it is in illinois and has been for 3-4 days

 

Not sure what the deal is with UPS. Sometimes they will not update tracking information until after the item has been delivered. But, it has take entirely too long. The headlamps shipped the same day you ordered them and its been 10 days. I'll give UPS a call on Monday to see what is going on. I hate it sometimes because our hands our tied once UPS picks up the package. I'll follow up on it for you and I'll email you what they say. Thanks!

I have no idea what is going on with UPS. I am going to call them again on Monday and raise some hell to see what the deal is. I will personally call you as soon as I talk with UPS.

Yeah, UPS is horrible. We will most likely take a lossfor their mistake. Regardless,I am having a brand new set of headlamps reshipped out to you today and I will be tracking it personally myself.
