rear seat replacement?

Default rear seat replacement?

helo everyone, im doing some work on my 1989 mustang and i would like to remove my rear seat but what i have noticed is that there is a gap of carpet, does enyone know if there is a replacement peice that can fit in that section, like carbonfiber molded peice. And if so can u give me a link to there site. thx

hey from what i know i dont think there is a replacement peice for the rear seat. and i did try a search to on it and nothing came up.....but there might be a peice out there but asked the ford dealer about it they might know... sorry but this is all i can really give u

If they arent interested, then I DEF am... I have a 2001 GT, and would love nothing more than to take the back seat out! Just more of a hassel then a luxury! Plus no one likes sitting back there!!

is the seat delete sturdy enough to support weight, n if so how much weight max.?

We do not recommend putting anymore than a few bags on it. It can support 50 lbs easily but that is the limit.
