Default road noise

I got the BMR adjustable panhard bar and some BMR fixed LCA's both with the poly bushings, is there a quiter setup to help get rid of the added road noise?

Polyurethane is usually quiet if greased properly..... I dont know of any softer compounds in any aftermarket products for the 05-07... other thane polyurethane...

Are you just hearing increased road noise?

Josh thanks for the reply here and the email, it seems it is probably a combination of both road noise and gear whine, quite honestly I have seen several opinions of what is normal greasing, but nothing from a part supplier/distributor. it may be worthwhile to take apart and clean them and start over

That is really all you can do, to see if that is the weak link in the install... Otherwise it may be just the result of stiffer bushings/components... hard to say over the Internet without driving in the car...

Polyeurathane WILL transfer more road noise than rubber. Because the polyeurathane bushings are solid, and theyre harder than rubber. Rubber absorbs more noise and vibration, but the downside of rubber is it also delfects (bends) a lot. We happen to have a car in the shop where a kid put in poly motor mounts. Well now theyre complaining that they can hear and feel A LOT more noise and vibration. To me is kind like duh, he basically put in solid motor mounts. Whats he expect?
