Keep the "go fast" pedal matted to the carpet, and when it's time to shift, kick the **** outta the clutch, and slam the shifter like you're trying to pull the tranny into the car with you.

Practice. My biggest problem is my foot automatically coming off the gas pedal. Control. Do it fast, but don't rush yourself.

yeah I'm in the same boat. And i'm running on a stock clutch, so right now I romp through 1st, calmy let off gas push in clutch, gently let clutch engage and then floor it again.... this in an effort to not destroy the clutch as I wanna do it myself, not havin it towed!

Before the clutch started giving me shat it would spin 2nd no prob, and I got a lil chirp outta 3rd
