I got shocked by a modified supercharged...REGAL!!!!!!

I was f'ing shocked, I couldn't believe the kid wanted to go but I noticed the supercharger logo on his trunk right before we split lanes at the light.

We took off from the light, he got me off the line - I pulled up to his front bumper and we stayed like that up to 65. It was pretty funny!!! Never expected it!

I asked him at the next light what was done to it and he said about $500 in mods and that was the end of it.

 

I ran one of those with a friend in the car. He and I were both amazed. Much like you, it was way faster than I thought it would be. I maybe put a car on him.

The one I ran said Supercharged in little letters on the back. It was a new car.

 

the regals were turbo in the 80s and buick started supercharging them in 97 with the same 240 hp 280 tq 3.8l v6 that is in the grand prix gtp

 

I think that engine has been in a plethoria of cars from GM. Pretty stout little engine.

Regal GS. My parent's used to have one, now my sister owns it. Supercharged 3800 series 2 (iirc).

I always liked those regals, Very very nice cars...I love the dual tone black/grey with the rims. I had my *** handed to me easily by one about a year ago...didn't know it was supercharged....

I was in 4th at 90 mph with the pedal on the floor and he walked right on by me...i saw the supercharged on the trunk and thought...damn...thats why.

 

My friend has a grand national running low nines street legal...those motors are no joke.
