JD, what have you done to that LS1? Automatic conversion and suspension, mainly, right. Any big motor work?

JD has a fairly healthy cam, from Texas Speed and Performance if I recall correctly.
What gears do you have in the rear, JD?
Oh, and nice times![:-]

I know that Jon is at work, and won't be on for awhile. But if I remember correctly, the RWHP was 393 or something like that. Still lacking a real tune though. I figure theres probably 20-25 hp left in the tune.

Sounds like my car...made 393 on motor on a ****ty *** tune.

Awesome short time....I thought my 1.66 on stock suspension and 555r's was good....you blew that **** outta the water. I'm still faster...from a roll.

My complete mod list.
01 SS
Engine
Stock short block and heads (with the exception of head studs, main studs, and ARP rod bolts)
Cam is a TSP 231/237 @50 .598/.598 lift, valve springs are Comp 918's, comp hardend push rods.
ASP underdrive pulley, Granitelli MAF, SLP Lid, Flowtech long tubes, off road Y-pipe, Random tech cat back with a cut out.
The trans is a stock 4L60E with a Yank 4000 stall, rear end is stock with 3.42 gears, UMI lower control arms and a UMI PHR and I run a stock size (275/40/17) BFG drag radial and thats it.
It put down 393 rwhp on a Mustang Dyno (uncorrected), but that was whne it was a 6 speed, I still think I have another 2-4 tenths in the car after a real tune and a better tire, but I gotta say, the 60 foot really suprised me.. Thanks for all the kind words guys.

Naa no cage, i don't need one untill I run 11.5 (NHRA's new rule last year). Even then I don't plan on putting one in, at least not in the near future, after all it's street car, I drove to and from the track
