i was wondering what would win between a stang 4.6 5spd or a TA 5.7 6spd. and how much of a kill it would be for the winner?

 

what year TA and what year GT??

LT1s and LS1s were both 5.7L, but there is a difference in stock output..to say the least

 

02 gt and whats the dif. between LT1 and LS1, and put the gt against both...

 

stock for stock, youre looking at a half a second to a second difference between an LT1 firebird and an LS1 firebird. i believe that its about a 40hp difference...305 in the high end LT1 firebird, and 345 in the high end LS1 firebird...maybe our GM guys can back me up on this?

an 02GT is good for what, low 14s?

stock for stock, i would say that the GT will give the LT1 firebird a run, if not beat it, and the LS1 firebird will beat the GT

 

LT1 vs '99+GT = drivers race.

LS1 vs '99+GT = LS1 dominating...even with a monkey driving...literally, a poo flinging monkey.

 

Assuming the cars are of like model years, the GT will get landed on pretty badly.
93-97 = LT1
98-02 = LS1
