how high dose the elevation of the tarck have to be before you see a real change in time? IN Jacksonville the track was like 20 feet above sea level and in Kentucky the track is about 800 -1000 feet above sea level.

I forget but I think for every 100 feet is .1 seconds.
So since Ft Wayne is like 784 feet above, I'd lose .78 seconds. (Don't quote me on that though, cause I can't remember for sure)

no ****ing way it's .1 per 100 ft. so with me being at around 3000, that's a 3 second difference. lol that would suck.

higher elevation=worse time...cuz the engines cant get as much air as it is thinner at higher altitiudes

.25sec per 1000' seems like a more reasonable estimation considering 2005 gt's in denver run mid 14s (~5000ft, thus "mile high city")
