their fart can "mating calls" often give them away in these situations, however. yes, they are mating calls. you ever notice how one ricer exhaust will attract other ricers to weave through traffic to size up potential mates or competition with the females of the species?

The stuff I've been reading and experienced first hand is funny as hell. It might help us better understand the species so that we may be rid of it. LOL!Hey MustangChris04. I think I know exactly where you are talking about.
Thanks everyone for your comments.

ever seen a peacock? im pretty sure the Ricerius Importus evolved from the peacock species. there are several reasons for this supposition:
1) they sqawk, and pull themselves forward in movement with two feet
2) they have giant wings, but do NOT fly...a rare and evolutionarily peculiarity
3) the more colors, the more likely to mate
4) the more stickers they have, the more attention they draw, similar to their predacessors' tails
5) they are easy prey. as take from wikipedia, "Peafowls inhabit many varied Mediterranian habitats where they hunt for small animals in close social units of related birds". likewise, Ricerius Importus hunt for those weaker than themselves to boost their self-esteem, and do so in tight groups.
im done, lol

I think we went through this a while back, breyton... but what part of US27? Where at, basically? I remember watching your first race vid on here and seeing a US27 sign.
Then for some reason I always thought you were in Florida somewhere. *checked profile* Ft Lauderdale...
You know if you take US27 north all the way you'd end up about 20 minutes east of my apartment in Ft wayne?

U know what I was just thinking......someone should do a Foxworthy style ricer commentary. "If your exhaust tips are 4 inches wider than your exhaust pipe.....you might be a Ricer"

The section of US27 where we were at is south of the entrance to Alligator Alley, right next to the Everglades. Alligator Alley is the section of I75 that crosses the Everglades. It's West of Fort Lauderdale. Hope that helps.
An old friend of mine (who worked at Ford in Dearborn, MI) races his Ford Focus on the weekends.
One of the guy's in his club put a Focus body (shell) onto a Mustang Cobra frame (the guts)
If someone in your area felt compelled to make such a sleeper... using accord or civic body panels... you would have the perfect undercover vehicle!
