Well yesterday my cousin and i were rolling up the road. We have never raced at all, so i figured we would race him just to shut him up, we started at a 30mph roll, and i raped him big time, its like he did not even give the car any gas. musta been a 305 then they are pretty damn slow but do have decent torque

 

yea 305 auto, we both started in second but he could not hang with me.

 

not in a 98 my friend thats an ls1, my bad i thought it said 98 oh yea an 88 is no match my fellow mustang driver .....

 

Pre 90's F-bodys were pretty slow compared to todays standards. When I was in high school the GTA's and the tuned port IROC-Z 5.7's were sweet though. Nice to here of a race between classic titan's!!!

i have run a newer ls1 trans am and beat him by a fender. very very very and i mean very close race.

 

What type of mod's do you have on your 92 GT? I hope you have alot? You're an "outstanding member" and I'm sure you probably forgot to list a description of your mod goodies. Because we all know an LS1 F-body would make short work of a 92 GT (stock)

 

its not stock at all, intake, cam, all the bolt ons pretty much, full exhaust, gears, so on and so forth.
