So i was chillin at home with a couple guys last night and i get a call from my friend manny who asks me to come shut up some acquaintance of his who was talking helllla smack about the new mustangs. I asked what kind of car and he says a "built integ". I told him no way unless it was for 100 bucks, and i got a call back a few min later that says the guy agreed to it.

Sooo, i get up off my *** and drive out and meet them at In n Out in natomas, and we cruise over to the nearest "spot". When we get there and go to line up the fu(ker chickens out and won't race for money, after talking shlt and bragging about running "low 13s" while thinking my car was stock other than intake, and refusing to pop it (so no clue what his mods are). I accuse him of bltching out and at least get him to run once on my way out.

we drop it, and i got a big advantage with the launch given the tires...about a car or so through first. then i fu(king missed 2nd gear. how does that happen? it probably had something to do with the total of 5 miles i had driven the car so far with my hurst short-shifter i installed last night. whatever.

he almost caught up to me, but i jammed it back into 2nd and pull away hard, then go through 3rd and chirp 4th (i love new pavement). by then im going 110 and have 5-6 cars on the fool, and i just slowed down, turned and left. he got bltched out by all his "homies" for bein a ***** about the race apparently, and i successfullly wasted 30min of my life that ill never get back again. on the bright side, my friend had bought me a burger and fries for coming out to shut them up.
