ok well driving down the road, i had just left abunch of friends that drive rice, and all of a sudden a trans am drives by me, as he revs in front i get next to him, i throw a wave and then he takes off?? i was like ok whatever right. well we get caught at a red light, when the light turns green i leave him there, i guess he wasnt paying attention, he gets on it, hes at my back bumper, then my door, i shift to 2nd i start to pull away, as he hits 3rd he catches up, i shift to 3rd, i dust the hell outta him, i was soooooo happy, a stock 97 cobra dusts a trans am with mods.

So you leave him at the light, he then realizes and gets back up to your door and when you shift you then leave him. Makes sense to me.
