4.0L kills a 5.0 with exhaust...
So on my way to my girlfriends house (she is right behind in her car) i see headlights weaving through traffic... the thought crossed my mind it could be some sort of race oppurtunity being that there wasn't much traffic ahead... he finally get behind our cars and is right on her *** so i change lanes and so does she... the guy comes flying up and then slows down to my roll of 70... look over and what do ya know... a 5.0 LX... IM EXCITED because i have been waiting to see how i would stack up against one of these... he gives me the look... i rev and we run into traffic... so we merge and meet back up this time... less the traffic... i downshift to thrid... rolling about 60... we line up and i let him gun it first, he goes and i go and pull half a car (at my rear quarter panel) on him through third gear... i hit 4th and it is DEAD even neither is pulling... and we hit about 105 and he let off, i slow down he gets next to me with his window down and screams! "NICE CAR MAN!!!" i return the favor... awesome race, extremely happy with the way the 4.0L handled it 
as he drove away i saw and heard his exhaust... but thats all i know about him... my car is bone stock less a muffler... i done well!!

Shweetness, I ran an auto vert from say '85 or '86 a few weeks ago. Was semi even because both of our autos suck on de weiner, but once it got up to around 50mph his car seemed to just die. Poor thing, and good run. IDK if I would call it a kill since you were getting to pretty high speeds and he let off. Does't mean you won, means he has common sense, haha
