Anyway to tell if it's an LS1 or LT1?

Anyway to tell if it's an LS1 or LT1?
Is there anyway to tell the difference from the outside of the car between an LS1 and an LT1 in an F-body Camaro?
And what kind of numbers are both of these engines putting down stock? (to the wheels please)

well in 98 there was a major styling change.....idk how to explain it, but the firebirds dont have as much of a pointed nose and camaros have different headlights....LT1's probably 240 to the wheels, LS1's are 280-300.

LT1 Crapmaro's have flip up headlights, LS1's have flush headlights. LT1 TransAm's have a much more pointy nose than LS1 TA's.
LT1's will put down 240-250rwhp stock, LS1's will typically see 300+rwhp out of the factory...yes they're underrated.

They're not hard to tell the difference in...especially in a race.

Ok. Cool. Yea, someone's talking smack, and I think it's an LT1. If it's bone stock, I should be able to take him. I've already beaten one LT1 z28. What do you guys think?
