No, actually there is one set definition of rice. You just happen to be wrong, and I happen to be right on what it is. He's got appearance modifications to his car. That appeareance modification is nothing more than rims which are 3" larger in diameter than his stock rims. He is making his gearing longer thereby taking longer to get to the same speeds.

He has no performane modifications. Nothing. It says stock in his sig. He's bone stock.

He's a cocky guy who will automatically call anything that isn't domestic rice. He's been here for a short time, just like yourself. He doesn't know any better, but in the mean time don't talk back to me.

well seeing as how its called "rice" IMO, they are any cars made in asia. not saying all asian cars are crap or slow, just saying that they are rice in my eyes. sure some of them are fast as hell, but they're still rice to me.
