Cobra vs Stealth
my brother has a dodge stealth twin turbo that has a new stage one long block and air filter, exhaust w/cats cut out, 6 puck clutch and pushing about 15psi. i was wondering how that would compare in a race with a 03 cobra with 2.93" underdrive pully and exhaust.
His is a 95 (second gen) the 91-93 ran mid to high 13's and the 94-96 ran mid to low 13's stock. They are pigs when it comes to weight but the awd helps the get up and go from a dig. before he did the block and gutted cats he ran a 12.99 @106 with just filter and clutch. He is expecting to run mid to low 12's when its broken in
I thought they were rated at 320 HP? Dunno what the torque rating was, but 320 hp and 4000 pounds does not equal 13.1s, even with AWD.
I dont think you can pull off the redline clutch dropping stuff the new WRXs etc can. Espcially considering this is a mitsubishi/dodge project, and neither brand can build a transmission for ****. (this is experence speaking here)
