I have a 96 gt thats all stock expct a kn short ram intake what would i be a ble to beat a 06 civic si with an exhuast

 

you should, but some of those new hondas to have some zip tho.. you are NPI like me

 

If your driving is perfect yeah you could beat it.

 

the thing is, us NPI guys have nothing really great going for us. the only thing our V8s have is torque. Not enough power to be drastically quicker than 4 bangers

 

I have a 96 npi and I beat hondas all day. seriously though, avoid spinning your tires and he'll see ur *** end all day.

 

You also have a KB man hahahhahaa That is cheating, although I wouldnt mind 'cheating' at all.

I would say that you would have agood race. You have the torque so if you get a good launch and can drive, you should have it.

 

i test drove an 06 civic si, it felt alot slower then my freinds stock RSX-type S (funny cause they have the same motor).... you should be able to take him =)

P.S - if your not faster, your the same speed.

 

4 bangers dont respond to mods like our cars do. so to say it has exhaust really isnt sayting much.

thats about what you are running stcok. maybe 14.9 if your a good driver.

 

you would smoke him 1st and 2nd gear.. his 3rd gear would catch up to u.. and his 4th gear would own u.. =P

 

I dont think so, v-8's own 4-cylinders over 100.

Its a drivers race... there puttin down close the same numbers to the wheel.
