Race bettween my car: 03 GT coupe auto w/ghetto cai and mufflers vs. a 95 GT coupe 5spd. stock w/a great driver. I personally think I would win but give me some insight on what his car would run and mine would run in 1/4.

 

03 GT easy. A great driver won't make up a seconds worth of difference.

Sharp car. What do you have done to it. Also what makes you think the 95 would win? I've race two 5.0's before. The first was a 94 5spd. w/70mm tb, catback, offroad X, clutch, chip, 3.73's, and cai. I was beside him until 80 when I started to pull. The other one I race was a 95 5spd. w/exhaust, offroad X, and chip. He was a 1/4 car in front until 85-90 when I started to pull ahead by 1/2 car when I sht down at 105 w/me still pulling. The guy with the 95 was a better driver and is about on the same level as the guy I'm going to race next week. He's one of my friends who has nothing to do but talk **** about 4.6's so I'm going to plan on handing him his *** with my AUTO 4.6.

 

thanks for saying it looks nice well i like 4.6s too dont get me wrong i just like the body style 94,98,......i had a 93 rx7 that was much faster ....but .... this car i have cnc75 gt 40 heads ,24 pd fij , cai ,shorty headers and mac h pipe with mac cat backs power pulleys , the exhasust isnt on or the masss air and im still running with my buddys m3... but having friends with 95.. 5.0 and one with a 96... 4.6 there was hardly any diffrence it only came down to who had a pasanger but the new ones i dont know ......but ill still run

I think the 03 GT would take it that's why I suggest that you race him but without cars, just running, maybe you'll have better luck

 

no, i used the live in lynchburg for 7 years... i still vist but thats not close to you ... anyways i just wanted to see how much faster the new 4.6 is ... they have 4 valve cylinders now now right??? well im sure you would win but i have to have some pride in my car right??
