Went to the track again today, my best was a 13.9 with a 60 of 2.2. I know I could do alot better especially since I've had a 1.9 60 on street tires but oh well. I beat a mach1 a few times, his best was a 13.6, I also beat an srt-4. The funny part comes when we were heading home, we all got on the interstate me in my bolton gt, a bullitt spraying a 100 shot, 2 mach1's, and a bolton z28. We all raced atleast once the mach i raced had intake, catback and x pipe and he got me by about 1/2 a car. So I just kinda chilled out at about 75-80 while they kept racing, and about 15 minutes later I see a cop coming up behind so I get over into the next lane and he flys by and a few minutes after that I see him on the side of the road with all 3 of my friends pulled over. Supposedly some car idiot called the cops and they all got wreckless driving tickets. Thank god I hung back.

practice and wait to drag in good conditions. you should be running 13s with JUST 4:10 gears

 

Dude 13.9 is dang good for street tires. Wow some people just get all the luck when it comes to not etting caught. Me I'm on the other side. Thats why I'm stricly track racing only.

 

DOnt feel bad, my friend runs 13.9@101 with a 1.9 60' in his full bolt-on/Comp cam/TFS headed 5.0. Those are some good times man

Did you have street tires and stock suspension?

 

stock suspension. 90 outside and I did a 2.0 60 ft. which u can do on street tires.

 

exactly.....hell i did it bone stock.
