if u guyes rember the last time i went to the track when i ran that 9.5 at 73 mph in the 1/8. when i was stock. sombody told me that was good for a stock convert. the most recent time was this past thirsday and i ran a 9.232 at 77.6mph and a 2.06 60ft. do u guys think that is a big improvement with my current mods. i have the gt40 heads. advanced the timing to 17* and i had my right side head light taken out. i still have no headers but i do have the uper and lower intake ported. some good feed back will be greatly apricated

the only bad thing is that i lost to a stock gutted fox body and a gutted 87 crx on the gas. the crx ran a 9.1 when he bet me an the fox body ran a 8.89. but i beat that crx the second tome i raced him. i think his bottle ran out. it was all fun though. my next mods will be headers, 3.73's. i want to see if i can get in the low to mid 8's before i get on the gas.

dang! its been a long time since i updated this. i am finally their. i can now say that my car is fast now. my current mods are ported gt40's, summit shorties headers, h pipe with some 10 year old flowmasters, ported upper and lower intake, 3.73's, pro 5.0 shifter, MT E/Tstreets with a 125 shot. i have a stock intake,mass air flow sensor, stock fan powerstearing and air condi. i ran an 8.59 @79mph with a 1.7 60 ft.on the gas it run a 7.86 @ 89 mph with the same 60 ft. now i got 500 extra dollars and dont know what to do next.
