Sat. night i am headed out to my buddies house and i am sitting at a redlight when a WS6 transam pulls next to me. This guy is just grinning and revving his engine at me. i just let my car sit there and idle didnt make any kind of sound i looked over at him and gave him the (hey you wanna race or what look). He sits there and as soon as the light turns green we both gun it. I know for a fact that this guy SH$% in his pants when i roared off the line[sm=jawdrop.gif]. We were running kinda close but then i just started to walk away from him by a car then two then three until i shut it down for the oncoming redlight. He gets up next to me again and thanks me for the race and compliments my car i compliment his and all is good. Then this *** FEST in an 04 GT vert comes outta nowhere and pulls up next to us and is like you motherfu$%ers need to slow your A$$ES down!!! He was like whats your names. The dude in the WS6 says, "Dude its 1:30 in the morning and the only person on this road besides us is your dumbass so STFU!!" He lays down some rubber and speeds off giving the guy the finger. He looks at me and says you stupid FU$%in kids and tries to get out of his car and is like turn off your ignition. I told him he was FU$%in nutts!! Layed down some rubber and threw my JACK IN THE BOX cup (full of coke) at him because he started to run at my car. It hit him in the chest and he sat there stunned for a second and i kept on truckin. What a bitch that guy was and the kicker is he wasnt even old he was wearin a volunteer fire fighter shirt so maybe he thought he was the police or something.

 

i'd be on the look out because he may have gotton your lisense plate number and you could be getting cops at your door soon for like a reckless driving or something.

Well i doubt seriously he got my license plate number because he came out of a parking lot and came up to the side of us so he couldnt have written anything in that amount of time. Even if he did i would say that i was just cruising along when this deranged man got out of his car and approached me violently, causing me to speed off and retaliate with the nearest thing i could throw, that being a cup full of JACK IN THE BOX coke!!

Yeah the guy was definatley a big POS!! I just wish he would have touched my car so i could have proceeded to give him the worst *** whooping of his lifetime.

PS--in worst case scenario, just say that in your opinion, it looked like he MAY have had an object of some kind in his hand and that in your opinion your life was in peril, which will likely get you out of any and all charges given a hole-free repeatable story that the other driver backs up. the guy might actually get in trouble himself for road rage and/or attempting to provoke violence. i wouldnt worry. if you think there is any chance of him having your plate numbers, call in and file a police report about the crazed guy, so if he ever did anything about you, your story would hold a HELL of a lot better than his.

 

My grandfather is a retired cop as well so he still has a lot of contacts and pull in his old dept.

 

Plus i would have killed that SOB if he touched me.
