This is the worst advice I've ever heard. Get yourself and your passenger killed because someone you don't even know does a fly by. Is it really worth it?

 

yeah modified evos... i could mod a gokart to do the same, whats your point? stock for stock... the c6 would rape it. to add, you mod the c6 and an evo wouldnt have ****.

so dont start with the "well this car modded could beat your car stock..."

Ok so what gives??? I got in a big pissing match because I said Ricer ment import on another thread. Now are you guys calling the EVO a ricer because it's imported? I'll get to the bottom of this ricer stuff eventually

 

i thought that any car imported from japan is a ricer, maybe im wrong but thats what i consider a ricer. or an american car that someone looks to be jap ricer.

 

I would have been pretty pissed too if some random drunk was talking sh_t to me for no reason.And rice is more about the mentallaty of the owner than the car itself.Don't get me wrong,a single cam civic with a park bench on the trunk lid and a garbage can sized fart cannon is strait up rice,but I can't really say that any car is rice from the factory,especially one as fast as a Evo.

Okay ricer is a derogatory term coming from the fact that the Japanese eat and produce a lot of rice. Here it's usually used to describe a Japanese car that has one or all of the above: tacky body kit, coffee can exhaust, a huge rear wing that has no use. American cars that suffer similar styling errors are usually refered to as domestic rice. It's also used to describe the annoying mentality of the kids that drive these types of cars. There are people who think all Japanese cars are rice no matter what. You will find a lot of that.


The EVO being rice is a matter of opinion. I don't think it is. Yeah the wing is a bit much but it does have a function. Practicly everything on that car has a purpose. I've driven one and can say they handle amazingly well.
