Well guys, I dunno where a good place to post this would be, but I figured that S/S would be a good place. Okay so here's the story...

My buddy (I'm sure that you guys have heard me talk about him) he's got a 64 chevelle (off the shelf 3000 rpm stall, BFG slicks, cam, full 3" exhaust, full drag suspension, stripped interior, 350 motor with a nasty cam, heads are pocket ported, weiand intake manifold, and a nice carb, 5.14 or 5.16 gears I can't remember what the hell they were) well he drives it over to our shop and tells us that he finally got his nitrous hooked up and he said that it was pretty fast. So of course I jump in it and tell him to take me for a ride. So we get on the road, make sure that no one is around, he flips the switch, loads up the converter, launches it and once he hit WOT, BAM I'm instantly thrown back into my seat not able to even move forward until he lets off at 110. I really didn't know what a 180 wet shot of nitrous could do until yesterday. It was crazy. Anyone have any other stories about nitrous????

 

Lmao, LS1 guys around here blow 150 shots all the time. LSX motors LOVE the juice. Dont play with them. My friend runs 10.30@130+ mph with converter/slicks/stall/150shot/tune/exhaust (maybe cam, but I dont think so) on his LS1 Z28.
