but seriously those were the numbers they were putting down on the dyno, not on the rice calculator. i admitt i was a bit misleading in my "just bolt-ons" statement though, as most don't consider cams and heads to be bolt-ons, but what i really meant was N/A. in any case i'm not suggesting the weakly zetec to have anywhere near the potential of an Si ....as they obviously don't, just saying you don't absolutely need NAAAWWWWZZ!!! to have something decent out of it.[sm=kissykissy.gif]

I think the Zetec has plenty of potential. I've just yet to see someone build a 650 wheel hp Zetec powered Ford vehicle.

I know plenty of guys with built Zetecs in ZX2's though. 250-300 whp running 12s... in an ESCORT. That's scary.
