Tonight i was coming home from the movies, i was blasting my radio with my cousins in the car, then this car filled with hott girls come by us in a red cavalier...they were dancing and shi*.. so the light turns green. and i leave, then i see a silverish TC by me. i thought he just acclerated a little fast..so then i punch my gas with my windows down and i had three people in the car..he got about a 1 car length head start..so i punched (left the hott girls) it when i was idiling...i was going about 5mph so i diddnt get a strong pull on him. until about 30 he had the same length on me..after i cought up right by him and my windows were down i was gesturing to him to catch up to me. i think once i hit third i had left him about 4 cars back, then kept pulling until about 115ish.i felt like an *** though because i kept telling him to keep up with me....from what i heard he had some exhaust work done and i diddnt see in his car because his windows were pitch black..I heard him change gears so he had a stick..i have an auto with 3 people in the car and my windows were down... so yea i was pretty happy even though i am in a different league then him. a win is a win...

 

You should have SMOKED him. My friend has a tC and we are about dead equal, although I pull out wins by a small margin alot, he does too.

 

Nice kill, your right about TC's being in a different league, except if they were turbo'd. Stock they run low to mid 15's with a 5spd. With the TRD S/C they can run 14.5-14.7, which isnt that impressive for a S/C.

 

I thought they ran like a 16 stock. I've read some magazines stating that even with the TRD supercharger they only run about a 15 flat just like a 06 Si.

 

thats true, more like late 15's, closer to 16's. Not sure what the supercharged ones do

its kinda boring seeing all these posts about people racing cars that aren't even in the same class. not to hate no your story. i won't deny that its fun to embarris people in slow cars that think theyre fast.
