Peeps with Mach I's.
 

So I'm on Hondaswap and this guy who hates domestics is talking his ****...well being the Mustang lover that I am, I decided to chime in. Apparently every piece of information he's found on the Mach I tells him that it runs a GTish time of mid to low 14s. I showed him MM&FF.com and their lovely 13.1 times, but then he decides that "they're just giving it a better light so Ford can sell more Mustangs"

SOoooo.... does anyone have any magazine sources outside of MM&FF that give the very low 13s of the Mach Is, and even better yet...anyone with a Mach I have any time slips I could throw in his face?

I dont have any mustang mags with info on it running low 13s. I know for sure that theyre in the 13s because I raced my friends stock Mach I and he kept up with me, even told me I had a scratch on the back of my bumper. I was PISSED!!! ;)

lol muscle mustangs and fast fords did a comparo on the 03 Cobra 03 Mach I and the 40th ann. GT, the Mach I ran a best of 13.15 on stock tires in that comparo. i showed him that and he still was calling BS.

I don't know the link, and I'm on way too slow of a connection to look, but high performance pontiac or something did a GTO vs Mach 1 comparrison. Just search it. They got the Mach to a 13.4 or so. Funny, they gave all the 60' times for BOTH cars, the GTO had like a best 60 or 2.3 or so, they couldn't get it to hook at all. Yet MM&FF did not publish ANY GTO 60' times, just the Mach I times. IDK, I just thought it was weird.

Yea I saw the MM&FF about the mach 1 running against the GTO
best they could pull down was a 13.5 in both cars

I saw the MM&FF but not the HPP articles. Why? Well I missed an issue. Pisses me off cause HPP is my mag ya know? lol. Well anyway, yeah I have seen some Mach's run deep into the 8's in the 1/8th down here, no slips just knowing how fast our cars are and how close they came to our rear bumpers. I guess if one can whup the ol GTO I have, then he is most def. in the 13's, cause it wont even run as slow as 14 spinnin...

Ive seen a 04 Mach with a Auto run 13.5 at the track .. was a older man in his upperlate 40s maybe 50s . I was shocked ! I never did get him on film though , was purrty was Orange .. I like the Blue the best. then Orange and then red and Black dang just give me one even if it pink hehhehe. I love those cars .. Grrrrrr. They not as fast as a Cobra but i dont care that is a sexxy ride...yummy.

Yup... there's a guy in Va, that has a grey Mach 1. It's an Auto and he's runnin low 13's. I've seen it with my own eyes. No mods.
