Ok so wat do you guys think my 1/8 time would be with a gt40 crate motor(e303 cam), vortec s/c(8psi), tremec tranny, full exhaust, drag radials, and a dry 100shot? im assuming this is about 550rwhp btw on a 94gt with a racing clutch and pro 5.0 shortthrow shifter.....

 

hp.. for 1/8 mile toruqe, gearing, suspension, & launch is more important then hp

 

well i have already done the suspension that should be needed to support the hp and have a 3.73 gear......

 

I'm thinkin you'll see low 7's easily, possibly high 6's. Let us know when you run, I'm interested.

well im an above average driver if u ask me, as soon as i get my launches alittle better u think ill be set, other than performance stuff, my average RT's(which dont mean much) are 99% of the time <.200 and prolly about 50% of those are <.100...

 

I don't see any problem with at least mid-7s. At least. But your trap will be the judge of what ET your car is capable of. In a street car if you can trap anywhere near the high-90mph mark, then you car is AT LEAST capable of low 7s. Go see and come post.

im mid to low 8's(8.444 @ 83 mph), i would assume you would be well over a sec quicker than me at the 1/8

 

7.2 if your an OK driver and 6.8 if your a great driver...
