Default 13.5's Possible?

I'm going to the track ONE final time.. possibly, for a couple years. I am just wondering what you guys think is possible. I'm going to post the time slips of my best runs from teh last 2 different times thta i have been to the track.

Judging from the last slip, if I can manage a 1.85ish 60', is a 13.5 possible? I am thinking that still .1 off 60' = .2 off ET.

so a 2.149 to a 1.850 should equal .4 off the ET

what do you think? 1999GT 5sp, 4.10's, o/r H, borla catback, K&N/silencer removed, MT ET STREETS

the first and second slips are exact same mods/driver,, just no launch on teh second one

i think your math is wrong. 2.1 to a 1.8 is 3/10th, not 2. so if every 10th in the 60ft is really worth 2 in the quarter it should be .6 off

needless to say, if .1 off 60' = .2 off ET like i hear all the time, mid 13's should be a cake walk with some mickeys.

anyone else's thoughts on this --------> .1 off 60' = .2 off ET

i think the best you could squeeze out of it on the DRs is a 13.7X if you're lucky...i don't see you cutting better than that with a 100mph trap, unless you get some stickier tires.

Slicks will cut off a half second DR's seam to be good for about .2 from everyone I've talked to. My own personal experence my car ran 13.4 on street tires and 12.98 on slicks

so you're saying he can't cut a 1.8 on dr's or a 1.8 is only gonna drop his et 2/10ths? it aint that hard to get a 1.8 on dr's. a lot of guys can do it on a decent set of street tires. and how would 3/10ths in the 60ft only pan out to be 2 in the quarter? hmm.. i'm kind of a noob so please explain

is your blue beast a 4 or an 8? seems like there would be a big differences between front and rear wheel tire performance. just a thought

what i'm saying is i don't do the whole 60' math, it works to a point but i'd rather base it off his trap speed wich is more consistent. he's at 100mph on a bad launch and 99mph on a good one, i just don't see him hitting a mid 13 with that.

I say it's possible if you get an INCREDIBLE launch.. the 4.10's can shave off .3-.5 off of a stock time... Atleast i've seen it, but that's if you can get rubber on the floor - I would expect a 13.7 or so, but it is possible.
